Outdoor Urban Poling

Outdoor Urban Poling - FREE at Kiwanis Park North
Join us for this FREE joint-friendly, full-body workout along the scenic Meewasin Trail.  Each class will begin with pole walking instruction, followed by an instructor-led walk along the trails.  Participants will learn a variety of urban poling techniques including double poling and hills.  Class will start and end in Kiwanis Park North (north of the Delta Bessborough on Spadina Crescent next to the Meewasin washroom facility).  Poles provided.
