On Friday, October 2nd over 24,100 people got up, got out, and were ‘in motion’ in Saskatoon and region helping us beat last year’s record! Thanks to all of those who took part of this HUGE community physical activity event which launches our two week Get Moving Challenge.
It's not too late to be a part of our Get Moving Challenge. Click here for the online Activity Log or click here to download an activity log. Keep track of your activity from October 3 – 16th and email or fax in your log. You can win very cool prizes, like fitness memberships, fitness gear or even your own piece of fitness equipment for your home! Then keep moving all year long and work at increasing the intensity level of your activity.
That’s not all! During the month of October, there are many physical activity events happening including many fitness facilities will be opening their doors for residents to try out some classes and facilities for FREE!
