- Do you tend to get out of your normal routine throughout the holiday season?
- Are you so busy that it’s difficult to find the time to include physical activity?
- Do you tend to eat more sweets and treats during this time?
If you answered “yes” to any or all of the above questions, you are not unlike many people.  Recognizing that it is a busy time of year and your routine may change is the first step in avoiding stress and accepting the changes.  Although it may be difficult at times, it’s important to take care of yourself during this time of year and to make physical activity and healthy eating a priority.
