After climbing up a flight of stairs, I feel:
| Score | Everyday Fitness Level |
| 4 or less | the stretching you do in daily life probably provide some fitness benefit |
| 5 to 9 | You're still doing okay |
| 10 to 15 | you need to improve your fitness level |
