Everyday Fitness Assessment

There are three components of physical fitness they are aerobic, strength, and flexibility. Take the everyday Fitness test to see where you rate in each of these areas.

Aerobic Activities
After climbing up a flight of stairs, I feel:

10 to 15 you need to improve your aerobic fitness level

After lifting or carrying heavy items (groceries, luggage), I feel:
