Arthritis Society Wants You to Get Physically Active
Adults aren’t the only ones being affected by arthritis. Unfortunately, one in 1,000 Canadian children is already living with this chronic condition. It’s important to be aware that arthritis affects people of all ages—from babies...

Schools in Saskatoon and region are declaring themselves in motion!
The following is the vision for in motion schools:

"an in motion school is one that values the benefits of physical activity and ensures that it is a visible priority in the daily life of the school. As an in motion school, there is a commitment to work towards the goal of 30 minutes of physical activity every day for every student (this can be achieved through any combination of physical education, physical activity breaks, physical activity programs, intramurals, special events, etc.)"

The following is a list of schools that are implementing creative initiatives to reach the in motion goal of providing 30 minutes of physical activity for every student every day! These schools value the positive benefits that are achieved through children being physically active.
